Ground Control Formula 1 introduces the concept of two-piece frame with an exchangeable H-block. Compared to other frames with replaceable parts, the F1 H-block covers almost 80 % of the size the whole frame so changing the H-block now means you get almost a new frame!
Two-piece construction is not the only innovative feature of the Formula 1 frame. Lack of metal rockerings – no more clacking wheels or heating the cores in wheels. Axels are hidden deep in the frames, and their 'Sickle' shape excludes the necessity of having two Alan keys to dismount the wheels.
The material of the frame is a 'golden mean' between hard plastic that slides well on the handrails and soft one which is perfect for ledges.
