All orders are shipped by UPS company and Polish Post.
Packages ready to ship are being prepared up to 10:00 AM each day. All orders which will be accepted after 10:00 AM will be processed the following day.

Delivery time is counted from the day of getting an e-mail with confirmation of sending and lasts:
- Courier UPS: 3-6 workdays
- Polish Post: 10-30 workdays
All packages by UPS are sent everyday from Monday till Friday.
All packages by Polish Post are sent on Tuesday and on Thursday.
In case of shipping by the UPS, when products is sent, you will get an e-mail from UPS with the Tracking Number and the link which allows to track your order – The e-mail is sent after 5 Pm of the day when the status is changed to sent.
In case of any address change or adjusting the delivery please contact UPS directly (UPS requires to give the Tracking number which can be found in the confirmation e-mail). Contact numbers for UPS can be found on www.ups.com website.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR INFORMATION (ADDRESS, PHONE, E-MAIL) GIVEN DURING PLACING AN ORDER. IN CASE OF NOT VALID CUSTOMER INFORMATION THE PACKAGE WILL BE SENT BACK AND THE CUSTOMER COVER ALL ADDITIONAL COSTS.

You should pick your order within a 5 days from placing an order. If the order will not be collected within five days and there will be no information about changing the date of the receipt, the order will be canceled.
