If you have any concerns for buying in our shop or you are afraid that the pictures or the descriptions do not reflect the real product – please remember that every single product sold at our shop is covered with “Product Testing” policy.
If the ordered product will not meet your expectations, you have the right to send it back in 10 days from the day you received it.
Product testing policy:
- According to our „Product testing” policy, a customer can exchange or return the purchased product
- „Product testing” policy concerns only our online shop
- The „10 days” period is counted from the date of receiving the package (according to delivery confirmation) to the day of shipping the package back to the shop. In case of going beyond the „10 days” period, the „Product testing” policy can not be executed.
- “Product testing” services will not be executed if a bill/receipt is not included or if there are visible signs of using the product, making it impossible to re-sell. The returned product should be sent in the original package.
- „Product testing” service does not concern the products bought for VAT Invoice
- In case of returning or exchanging purchased products for the cheaper ones, the shop commits oneself to make a refund in a 14 days, counting from the day of receiving the returned product.
- In case of returning or exchanging purchased products for the cheaper ones, the refund or the price difference will be sent to:
- given bank account
- canceling the e-payment
- refunded in cash, with previously arranged date - In case of returning or exchanging purchased products for more expensive one, the customer is obliged to pay the difference in price.
