Hedonskate stipulates the right to cancel the order in case of:
- lack of payment within 10 days of making a purchase. The customer will be informed twice before canceling the order due to lack of payment
- after selecting the Credit Card payment method (or other e-payment method) the payment is not completed instantly or is rejected
- not following the rules and regulations of shop policy
- after selecting Personal Collect option, the purchased goods were not collected within 5 days at our Hedonskate stationary shop
- the customer had not followed the Hedonskate shop policy with his previous orders
- ordered goods are not available due to reasons not dependent on Hedonskate staff
- the price of purchased product is not valid due to reasons not dependent on Hedonskate staff
