It`s obvious that most of you during the years of skating asked yourself a question: Which skates should I buy? The more models have been available, the more difficult the choice has become. New technical advancements eliminated weak and failure models, making the purchase of a new skate even harder.
When choosing the particular
skate model with particular setup, each of us is following personal needs, which later on ‘transforms’ it into sympathizing with particular brand, it`s often connected with people who are behind the brand – owners as well as team riders.
Can you imagine a situation where you`re buying a
skate which is used by your favourite rider, and at the same time you are supporting the company which is 100% skater owned by people who you have been admiring for years in videos, comps etc? Just few months back and you would say: No. But now this is changed, thanks to two friends: Jon Elliot and Brain Shima.
Using the knowledge and experience as a pro skaters and owners of two companies:
4x4 and
Vicious, Jon and Brian fulfill their dream by starting the first
skate manufacture company which is 100% lead by rollerbladers themselves –
Nimh.
The launch product - premiere Pro NIMH model Brian Shima V.1 – is just as it was assured – the combination of simple solutions and innovative patents of Jon and Brian.
Nimh - Brain Shima V.1 are based on the proven mold of classic Razors model – Cult, where the front part around the toe-area was removed to prevent any toe pressure during skating. Completely new cuff and innovative soulplate without pre-grooved area are Brian`s ideas. The separate backslide plates was removed completely, while the soulplate itself was made thicker in area where groove is formed. According to the producers short 1-3 hours session at some ledge will let you make a perfect groove which will fit your personal style.
In addition the first
Nimh skate features the premiere
Vicious liner, giving inimitable comfort and support.
The fresh look of Nimh – Brian Shima V.1 is assured thanks to the unique skin, designed by Brian himself, gives the skate great presence.
